• Use Eroica soon as is easily possible after exercise. This can be immediately afterwards, or you can enjoy it as a tasty snack or part of your next meal that day. They’re amazing with coffee, make an excellent dessert after any meal and at a mighty 409 calories each they’re substantial enough you can even use them as a meal replacement on their own!
