How to use

Add three heaped tablespoons to water or your favourite milk and spin in a blender

When to use

Pro tips

If you have a blender, get creative by adding fruit (bananas are perfect) and/or nut butter
For focused lean gains and minimum calories: mix with water only
For focused muscle gains and maximum calories: blend with banana and nut butter as above

Protein without all the additives

Doesn’t taste as good as some of the cheaper brands but then again it hasn’t got all the rubbish in that gives it that sweet taste. Good alternative that I use a couple of times a week on my ‘ no meat ‘ days.

You're right that - because we don't add sweeteners or artificial flavourings - it's not as sweet as other protein powders, but if you mix with something a little sweeter, this can add that taste. For example, for breakfast I stir a serving of Premium Protein into my yoghurt and then add some fruit, granola and a drizzle of honey...try it - you won't regret it!

Customizable alternative to Maurten

Like: can mix with coffee or any other drink, not sweet, feels less artificial
Don't like: can't keep already prepared left overs, feels like a lot of plastic (esp cap), cap of little benefit because of the small amount per gel, cap make it hard to really get every last bit out, extra costs for people outside of UK (had to pay €20 customs fee for €85 order) making it more expensive than 'the golden standard' Maurten for me

Feel good with a great taste!

I've been really impressed with Ultimate Daily Greens. Very easy to work into a daily routine and I am feeling the physical benefits - more focus and energy. The most surprising thing has been the taste - it's actually very pleasant! I hadn't expected to actually enjoy this part but pleasantly surprised. Would recommend to anyone.

I haven’t tried it yet, it seems quite complicated compared to other Greens brands. I don’t drink pineapple juice, which is what they suggest. I won’t buy again

I'd suggest, however, that our Ultimate Daily Greens aren't 'quite complicated'...all you need to do it mix the powder with water and you're good to go! You can mix it with juices and smoothies if you like, but if you want to keep it simple just chuck it in water and swig :)

Purchased & sampled the 33 fuel protein bars , a dense bar , reminiscent of a Christmas product with nuts peel and a little spice , a nice dry texture not greasy at all but best eaten with a drink , in 2 mini bars so can be consumed at 2 different times or shared . Would recommend.
